I owned a brand-new PCC roll which I gave to PTM.   It did not have ROSCOE on it.   It didn't have FINLEYVILLE on it.   

And remember, before we obfuscate this again, that the "Elco Loop," was not in Elco but wholly within Roscoe at the borough line.
