Mr.Schneider;
It is agreed that Finleyville was not in the roll signs of Prc
PCC interurbans; it was in roll signs of some of the older
equipment, possibly the Brills and St.Louis interurbans.
>From reading the archives I believe Mr.Lybarger recognized
that the old interurbans had destinations for all the local
lines in Washington even though they couldn't access
same. A reason was not given. One could only guess
that it was thought loops would be installed at the time
the signs were made. Prc had loops on many lines
which eased the transition to PCCs but certainly not all
lines; some loops were installed as late as the latter 1940s.
I can't find my listing of PCC interurban destinations.
Phil
Without a 'coast' but not a 'cause.'

I owned a brand-new PCC roll which I gave to PTM. It did not have ROSCOE on
it. It didn't have FINLEYVILLE on it.
And remember, before we obfuscate this again, that the "Elco Loop," was not in
Elco but wholly within Roscoe at the borough line.
