But a lot of the old slum homes have been replaced by nicer homes on the hill.   Fly your Bing or Goggle helicopter over those hilltop streets and see what I mean.   I asked my sister about the occupants of the hill; she believes it is still largely African American, but there might be a few middle class people there today.   

By saying that, if I'm incorrect the flood of answers will begin.   At least the homes look nicer.   Maybe they are nice project homes.
