There is a family photo of car 1614 from this time period, but no additional information.  Always sort of a mystery photo.  
 
There are some vague impressions from the West Penn 711 trip, but no recollection of this charter - I would have just turned 6.  
 
Actually question was a 'set-up' for Ed.  Picture isn't sharp, JB is thinner than I recall, and no memory that I could have been there.  But it makes sense that we went where JB went.  But first wanted a second opinion.
