[PRCo] PRCo Route Table

The attached table lists PRCo routes and the dates they were converted to
bus or abandoned as rail routes.
The list was made up by Jim Holland, in San Francisco, and is posted with
his permission. The few who were at PTM in November, 2008 received a packet
with this information. It is being posted for the benefit of those who did
not receive the packet and especially for the many new members of The List.
