The aforementioned mentioned photo was taken during a construction period,
but not in 1975.  Ignore everything else and look at the Administration
building roof overhang.  Notice that the IS an overhang.  That dates the
photo to pre-1956 - http://www.dietrichsfam.com/shj/bb002.htm.

Like I said, it could be either. The photo does have some features relating
to the construction period.
