Uh huh.   We expect everyone today to get it right the first time.  Even after the drug companies go through exhaustive testing and meet FDA standards, if a lawyer can make money suing, they will.

What hasn't been said, did the LaCross company reposition the gongs or did they stay forever in the same place?
