[PRCo] Re: Ebay PRCo Roll Sign

This one is easy to decipher from pictures isn't it.
It is from an PRC Brill 3700-series car, certainly
not WP.  It is true the Brill can not go to many
of the destinations that require a DE car but
I have never seen an explanation for their inclusion.
