[PRCo] Re: 'maybe' not East McKeesport

We can only speculate on how well the photographer remembered the location when he got around to identifying the pix.  
 
Having grown up in Edgewood, the East McKeesport that I remember was/is along route 30 Lincoln Hwy.  and it can be ruled out - no rr.   A suspicion was the Turtle Creek valley with PRR in background.  Doubt if it could be the West Penn line to Scott Haven.  There's the Irwin area, and the Trafford area, and who knows what else.  This is one of those pix where it helps to generate as many guesses as possible, and then sort thru to see if any actually works.   
 
I'm reminded of some 25 years ago when the PTM archives had a lot of pix idetified as 'West Penn mainline.'   But precisely where??  Most are no longer a mystery, thanks to Ed. (I still like the comment in Johnstown where either Ed or Fred 3 said that 'we need to find an an old geezer to help us - and there's one now!!')  

Any other suggestions???

That's what makes this sort of inquiry both a challange and fun.
