Unless Ecartis was not on the job that day, neither you nor any other
recipients saw the picture IN THE MESSAGE AS SENT and that is the entire
point of my complaint.
You had to go digging somewhere else to find it, in what someone on this
list called the trash can or trash bin.
My email program does not require this action. In that regard it is
superior to Ecartis, whatever attributes the latter may have.
