I do not remember W Penn cars running on 5th Ave. The West Penn cars as I remember came down Locust St to Ringgold and back to Sinclair. On Sinclair from 5th to Ringold was PRCo. The bus was a McKeesport Transit (Mck to E Pgh via Highland Grove). Art Swartz
