You somehow chose to omit the phrase "URL below".  That is telling you
that the file is available at the URL below.  It is even labeled "URL
:" just in case that wasn't clear.

By which you mean that Ecartis worked this time, storing the file on
Derrick's trash can somewhere in cyberspace, instead of actually
eating the file the way it sometimes does for Fred.
