Note the “  .  .  .”  which by convention means “material from the quoted material omitted.”  

Does it really matter where Ecartis put the removed photo?  The whole point is that it has been excised gratuitously from the original email and is not available for viewing when one reads it. Ecartis is operating as a censor, depriving the sender of communicating fully what s/he intended to communicate, and depriving the reader of seeing part of the message.

Yes, Ecartis worked its evil purposes, depriving the reader of the email the pleasure of seeing the photo within it.

You somehow chose to omit the phrase "URL below".  That is telling you
that the file is available at the URL below.  It is even labeled "URL
:" just in case that wasn't clear.

By which you mean that Ecartis worked this time, storing the file on
