Perhaps those "complainers" should be asked:  so when was the last time they rode a red and cream PCC cars to attend a concert?   This is in the Lesser Town of Prague, across the river from the central business district.  The concert was in the Lichtenstein Palace concert hall about a block to right of the photographer.
