This sounds like you have done this before Mr.Lybarger!
I did not want to hint let alone ask; I hoped the pictures were enough.
Actually, you have -- I saw that in the archives as well.  I just do not
remember the specific date, just the late 1940s.  If the date for this
picture is correct then we know the tracks are in place by 1950!

We will want to look at Track Sketch 49-019, which is titled "Carson +
Smithfield -- New Special Work" which I think will tell us about the curves.
I'll try to do this tomorrow.
