It looks like a White Tower which has been converted to a private owner
restaurant.
Reverse telephone number files place the PNB telephone number (on the sign
on the building) in two possible places. One is Dravosburgh the other
Coraopolis. Bear in mind that was 33 years ago also.

In 1979 PATransit bus 2464 could have been at West Mifflin or Collier.
Harmar Garage had 2400s but I remember them in the low numbers. It did not
work out of  East Liberty because there were no 2400s there in 1979, only
2100s, 2300s, and 2500s in the PAT-purchased GMC new-look bus series. If
that information helps narrow down the location. The bus probably was on a
charter for the WGRF (Worlds Greatest RailFans).
