Here's a scan of the front cover of Vol 2. It too has two cover letters.
One is signed by Wade G Fox, Publications Supervisor and the other signed
by Robert Kochanowski, Acting Study Director. The "Survey Office" was
located at 14 Wood Street and their telephone number was EXpress 1-3850. My
vol 2 has several maps with private right of way streetcar lines and what
are termed "rapid transit" lines running jointly and also on individual.
Could this be the Vol 2 referred to in Vol 1 or is this some different
study?
