Question wasn't necessarily just for you. I always think in terms of any
question submitted to The List being open to anyone who wants to answer.
Thanks for the response though. You're the only one to give it a try. My
copy is labeled "extra copy" and is originally from the PATransit library.
So it would have been a final printing. Few transit items in the "study"
seem to have come to pass during the PATransit period, however. Even many
of the highway proposals failed to make it past the drawing board.
