Mr.Iannucci,
My biography is quite simple and I kept life that way as much
as possible. I was born in Allentown in the early 1930s on that
other interurban, Charleroi. We moved some time later but
stayed on Charleroi. We owned an auto but used the interurban
and Prc for most of our travels; the war dictated that didn't it and
it became a way of life for us.
Coincidentally I left Pgh in the early 1960s as Prc was absorbed
into a public authority. Employment took me to a number of big
cities which was both challenging and interesting. I prefer low-key
surroundings with friends; family is gone. Travel is interesting
isn't it but not something I seek. I don't need much for a satisfying
life.
Your biography is very interesting and revealing. You state "future"
as your favorite topic; Prc is 'past' isn't it. Your favorite book is the
'Bible;' this is positive to a few and negative to many isn't it. I am
sure you are very well aware of this. A number of people on this
list protested the trolley museum for accepting church bulletins for
discount on Sunday visit. 'Offensive' these museum members said.
Some of them quite boldly write they attend church and participate.
One can say a potential source of visitors is now 'offended.' Did you
see this in the archives?
It's strange I did not discern a background in 'research' from your
posts beyond your writing the word. Your biography details much
experience with research even at companies all of us know as
household words like Nokia. It would seem you might have found
all available knowledge on Prc with such a background. We shall
let you share all here!
Thank you for your interest in Prc Mr.Iannucci.
Phil
