While biking across the 10th St Bridge Saturday, I noticed some rail visible along the edge of a pothole in the south approach. No picture. I remember the 10th St Bridge had deck work before I got my license and I assume the rails there are gone, but I guess based on this they're left at both ends. -- Derrick
