Here are Bruce Well's latest blog pages. The first link is the insanity of bringing Santa to the trolley museum in an open car yesterday in a snow storm. Damn it was colder than a tiches wit this weekend … 29 degrees this morning in Washington County.
The second link shows the rebuilding of the trucks for Cincinnati 2227. I noticed yesterday that the shop, like the Strasburg Rail Road shop, has a young lady working in it … and in this case, I mean in addition to Bruce Wells' girls. You will see Katie appearing in some of the images under the truck links.
The third link. I understand that Bruce Wells' dad was a shop teacher. Bruce was a shop teacher. And as of this October, both his daughters are now high school industrial arts instructors. I think he has something to be proud of other than having two kids who are also active in the museum … this generation grandkids of Art Ellis who is now 93 and still active. By the way, Art's son was in the shop yesterday cutting lumber for Mon-West Penn 250.
