I suspect this is a newly designed program to distort images
being advertised on-line for sale. The Charleroi sign signified express
to Frederick St. in the rush hour. Of peak cars were signed
Shannon-Charleroi.
If you look at the recently posted photo of the "Cordic" car on Second
Avenue, posted by Phillip a few days ago, you will also notice similar
distortion. These two photos (the Cordic car pic and the Charleroi PCC
1723) are the only two which have come through with the distortion. Does
anyone know the reason for this?
