I have seen that circular distortion about three times within the last 60 days and that suggested to me that it was deliberate to prevent someone copying and circulating the slide someone was trying to sell on line.  I have searched the internet under terms like random image distortion and I have to admit that what I find is somewhat beyond my comprehension … need a professor to explain it to me.
