[PRCo] Re: wrong side of the river?

I was able to get the photo larger yet and I do find the post-1920s
aluminum railing does continue past the trolley. Other than that everything
else I noted is as I noted it.
Is that the Carlow University (formerly Carlow College) building up high in
the distance above the "tipple" ? Looking real close I believe I see the
Parkway East ramp to Forbes Avenue, albeit dimly, to the left of the sedan.
Certainly that was not around in the 1920s.
