I downloaded and printed the Elmer Brown report so that I could peruse it at 
greater length.  You have to play around with the website for a while before 
you can get a pdf that can be printed, but it can be done.

I am a long time CERA member and have the book.  I'm in the process of 
compiling errata for inclusion in the master list that Ed Lybarger is going 
to issue.
