There should be no "playing around" with the website necessary. For anyone
having a problem with the download it's a four-step process as follows:
1. Click on "save as pdf" on the original open page from settings symbol
(looks like a gear).
2. Enter security code asked for on next appearing page. DO NOT click on
red letters above security code box even though it says "click here".
3. "Open With Adobe Reader" box will immediately appear and click "OK" at
bottom of that box.
4. Save the.pdf file to your computer once it is open in Adobe Reader.
