OH NO!!!!

Yahoo is even worse than ecartis ever was.

The way to do this is for the list owner to just use good ole plain email 
with a canned mailing list.  Anyone wishing to reply or add to the subject 
only has to hit "reply all."  Or one can address replies to only selected 
members of the list.  Or the list owner can send messages with 
recipients--all or selected--names suppressed.  Of course that does not 
facilitate responses to list members although they can be forwarded by list 
owner.

Works fine.  Fred and I are on one of these lists (the Bill Volkmer list) 
and it has never caused the sort of problems we encounter on this one.

At least Verizon is no longer (for now!) refusing to accept my posts to this 
list on the premise that the list is spam!
