[PRCo] Posting Pictures

There is nothing wrong with the current system. IF the photo is attached
it is removed, stored with Mr.Brashear, and a Url placed at the bottom of
the email. This is hardly the only system that works this way is it.
Apparently a photo inserted into the body of an email is treated differently
by this system. Just attach the photo, do not insert.
The constant, unending, continual disparaging of the system is well over the top isn't it.
This system is working as it is supposed to work. A few here seem to have
agendas which are more than old.
That email group of which you speak Mr.Lattner does not allow photos attached
and email must be sent in plain text. At least this is the way it was a decade ago.
There was never any activity then. You can post photos to the yahoo website which
requires a free account with a password to access same.
As an observation, the old system worked better than the present. Many emails
are in the spam folder, even Mr.Brashear's. I never had that happen with the old
system. There are many Urls at the bottom making it difficult to find which is the
picture. Photos are normally jpg but I see tif and many html Urls that do not
yield pictures.

Is it possible to start a group on Yahoo and post pictures their?
I think at one time there was a PRCo or Western Pa trolley group on Yahoo.
I admit I do not know if this costs any money. Just asking.
Also what about web shots or flickr. Again I do not know if these would be any better or would cost money.
Anybody have an idea?
Ray
