If one can not find a problem for news headlines, invent one. Using strong telephoto on the overhead condenses much into a very small area doesn't it;
this makes it look much worse than it is. this is not unlike using the same facts to support opposite ideas. A variety of lenses can easily make a point
otherwise overlooked.

Not Pennsylvania-----but some of us consider wire work an integral part of the electric transit experience and some do not. You decide----I think the photographer was leaning towards art.
