Unfortunately they talk about the transit wiring but fail to discuss all of the wiring from TV, phone and power. The transit wires could not be seen in the photo due to all of the other wires. And this transit wiring is not as bad as the PAT transit wires!
There were some comparison photos of Nantes and Pittsburgh's overhead. You could hardly see Nantes' wires.
The SF photo was taken at the angle to show the max blockage.
Interesting issue. We here had the above versus below ground wiring issue after storms. Here it was a functional discussion.
