[PRCo] visual pollution or work of art

Perhaps also the eye of the beholder.  How does this overhead wire compare with inhaling diesel exhaust, or a 6-8 lane expressway plowed thru a city??  Others have posted city street views from a century ago, and they look a lot more civilized than a current day picture of auto clogged downtown streets.  Or compare a pastoral view prior to replacement by shopping mall??  Yes, there are a multitude of tradeoffs.
