[PRCo] Operators Manual Pages 72 through 76

This installment is pages 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76.

Also the attached photos are of my new digs in Pittsburgh which are
currently being renovated and will be ready in April. I'll be in beautiful
Carrick, about three blocks inbound from Brentwood Loop in the 2800-block
of Brownsville Road. Actually, my side of Brownsville Road is the Borough
of Brentwood and the opposite side of the street is Pittsburgh.
