Thanks, Ed!  I was 90% sure, but that trackage on Babcock threw me.   In years after this photo, the Millvale route came into the loop from Evergreen Road via an alley way that ran alongside Babcock.

This is indeed Millvale Loop.  The track in front is most likely where the
cars changed ends prior to having the loop.  20+ years ago I included in a
PTM calendar a Bob Brown photo of a car on this loop; the building roof line
matches perfectly, though in later years the building was ivy-covered.

Hi Folks,

This is also from Historic Pittsburgh.  Description is Babcock Blvd.,
February 19, 2013.   Check out right-side of photo.  I think that is the
Millvale Loop.  I'm thinking the trackage in the street was the planning of
an extension to Evergreen.

But, I could be wrong.
