[PRCo] Operators Manual Pages 77 through 80

Tonight's installment is pages 77, 78, 79 and 80.

Two photos of my under construction trolley layout are included. The layout
is now being disassembled and boxed for shipment to Pittsburgh. My new
place has a couple spare rooms I can use to start building the layout
again. Anyone in the Pittsburgh area want to help build a scale trolley
system?
