[PRCo] Searching For A Book About Pittsburgh

Several years (actually several decades) ago I had a book which contained a
short story about Pittsburgh titled, "Another Spring, Another Flood". I am
sure this short story was in a book which contained a collection of
Pittsburgh themed short stories. I had thought the story was in the
Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation book, "Streetcars In Literature".
I received this book from PHLF today and "Another Spring, Another Flood" is
not in that collection.

Has anyone heard of, or know what book, "Another Spring, Another Flood" may
be in?
