Dennis,
I should be at PTM as many days as I feel like this coming season. I should
be moved to Pittsburgh by then. I look forward to you being my instructor
for PTM Operator Training ;-)
Ed,
These days it's good to avoid "management involvement" at a lot of places.
All that's heard is "mo money, mo money, mo money, and mo money". The thing
to remember is that "greed" is one of the "seven deadly ones". The shining
example of this is the so-called "Lakeshore Electric Railway" (nee Columbia
Park operation). The "high dollar crowd" who were the overseers of that
operation got their "pocket change" to see them through the
recession/depression. Now, however, nothing remains of what could have been
something good. I hope they all had a good vacation with that money.
As long as the subject is PTM, since October, 2012 has PTM issued any
"Trolley Fare" magazines or any other mailings to members?
