[PRCo] PRCo 55A Rankin Side

I was going to put that, however, where are the fans?? The car appears only
to have an operator and no passengers. There are always some of the fantrip
participants getting into the camera shots. Also, I doubt that either PRCo
or PATransit would have allowed "fans" to be flitting about the bridge
approach ramps given the traffic that could be using the bridge.
