[PRCo] PRCo 55A Rankin Side

Were there not always a few guys motorcading?      My favorite example was a Lancaster Chapter NRHS fantrip I organized in 1958 to Johnstown and Pittsburgh.   Bill Volkmer has posted pictures he took … he was not a paying customer.
