[PRCo] More on the bridges

Remember that last year when the B&O renumbered all their steam power into three digit numbers to make room for the diesels.   I guess it seemed more natural to have those EM-1s in the 7600 series instead of the 600s.   Or perhaps we liked it better the old way because we knew the change meant the end is just around the corner.
