[PRCo] PRCo Historic Pittsburgh

Not from PTM.  I believe this is part of the material C D Palmer gave to
Hillman Library (or its "predecessor") when Pittway closed up shop in
Pittsburgh.  It would be nice to acquire copies of all these.
