This may be the man from Columbus, Ohio who owns Street Hobbies and is a
railfan.

Derrick,
Not to mention mislabeled shots is the third photo in the collection.
Credit is given to this Pflaum person. However, I remember several years
ago J Holland and someone else on The List were having a debate as to
which
one of them took the photo.
