[PRCo] Fwd: [Shadow-test] Dave's Railpix

the "shadow-test" list shouldnt accept mail, but i guess it still does. i
was trying to see if i could turn off ecartis and still have a list server
that worked; ecartis hasn't been updated on my old computer in a while,
whereas mailman was something standard which was easy to switch to and in
theory someone other than just me can take care of it. that hasn't happened
yet but in the event i am incapacitated more severely or longer than this
past time, it seems prudent to be using something "off the shelf".
