I've seen this one before.
Pretty definitive. There's another that we used
in an exhibit a number of years back that showed a giant
loop out the 39 and
down the hill to South Bank -- the line that was open for a
couple months in
1910, the one that went where exactly nobody lived! I
thought I had a scan
of it but I can't find it.
Officers of the Freehold Realty firm bore an amazing
resemblance to those of
the railway company.

Here's another real estate ad from the era of Brookline
expansion. At least
this company shows the trolley as the means to travel to and
from Brookline
rather than the Liberty Tunnels.
