[PRCo] Skybus piece from Post Gazette

When I started working for PATransit in 1972 PAT decided not to run
Skybusat the County Fair any longer. It was becoming an embarrassment
to the
transit authority because of constant equipment failure. Never got to ride
it and I probably didn't miss much.
