[PRCo] Anyone know anything about this PRCo trolley?

This photo has been around for a couple days, Herb.  It's been suggested that this car was pulling flat cars loaded with mail between the P&LE station and the post office or one of the other RR stations. 
I'm out of town at meetings and don't have access to a roster or a mail car history, so I can't comment with any authority.  I'll look Tuesday (before next week's meetings!).
