[PRCo] Anyone know anything about this PRCo trolley?

I did, I think I agree with the foregoing. What I question is the idea
that those sacks are mail sacks.
It looks to me as if the contents of the sacks are grain or flour or
something with less structure than small packages or bundles of
letters. Note how the "ears" at the bottom of the sacks are filled
out, and the roundedness of the body of the sacks. I would think that
mail would show us corners and edges here and there rather than the
smooth surfaces those sacks exhibit.
Then again, I may be unduly influenced by the legend for some brand of
flour displayed on the one wagon.
