[PRCo] Glenwood Bridge 1964

Apparently, after the carlines stopped running across the Glenwood Bridge, some vandals decided to tear it up some.  Not sure if it was directly related to the carlines being abandoned - I doubt that- but it occurred in July 1964.   Last 55 Homestead-East Pittsburgh car ran in early July 1964.  Check out the pictures of the approach to the bridge from the Hays side, a pic of where the vandals decided to break up the bridge, and fixing the bridge to continue in service until 1968.

Question for those of you who might remember.  Did the Hazelwood approach to the old bridge go under the new bridge, while the new bridge was under construction?
