[PRCo] Chick Siebert celebrates 99th Birthday!

Chick celebrated his 99th birthday this evening with family and friends.  Joining him were his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Chick enjoyed nearly all of his birthday treat shown prior to it being devoured.  He of course enjoyed a Yuengling prior to dinner.
