[PRCo] Hulton bridge work exposed old West Penn trackage...

Hulton Bridge crosses from the north end of Hulton Road (Oakmont), to
Freeport Road; A hillside which carries the current Allegheny Valley
Expressway is across the street from the end of the bridge.

No cars that I know ever crossed the bridge, and the decking seemed to have
no provision for rails.

It was, for a brief moment, the Joseph Bonetto Bridge, before being
officially renamed the Jonathan Hulton Memorial Bridge. It happened, I
think, when I was a high school student.
