[PRCo] slide scanning

Thanks to all of you who responded to my slide scanning questions. I will continue to experiment and eventually post a link to my results. I purchased an Epson V550 scanner in March. My old scanner still works if I use the virtual XP machine on Windows 7, but it was only a document scanner.
